TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14
Chastleton Footpath 159/4 (Part)
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2022

The above Order was made on the 5th July 2022. The effect of the order as made is TO DIVERT the entire width of that length of Chastleton Footpath 159/4 running from OS Grid Ref SP 2458 2907 (Point A on the Order plan) in a westerly direction for approximately 418m to SP 2417 2906 (Point B) as shown between Points A - B on the plan attached to the Order AND CREATE the alternative footpath running from OS Grid Ref SP 2458 2907 (Point A on the Order plan) in a west-south-westerly direction for approximately 208m to the pedestrian gate at SP 2438 2904 (Point C) then in a generally westerly direction for approximately 212m to SP 2417 2906 (Point B) re-joining footpath 159/4 on the Definitive Map for the Parish of Chastleton shown on the Order Plan and shown by a bold dashed line between points A - C - B.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Legal Services, Woodgreen, Witney, Oxfordshire, 0X28 1NB Ref: CHASTLETON FOOTPATH 159/4 or via our website not later than 6th October 2022 Please state the grounds on which any representations are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if so made are withdrawn, West Oxfordshire District Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
