NOTICE is given that on 30 August 2022 Oxfordshire County Council made the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The base Orders, further amended are as follows:

The Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford) (Cutteslowe & Five Mile Drive Area) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2014, The Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford - Divinity Road Area) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2012, the Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford) Hollow Way North Area) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2020, Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford, Florence Park Area) (Controlled Parking Zone And Waiting Restrictions) Order 2022, The Oxfordshire County Council (Girdlestone Road) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2006, Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford, Headington Central) (Controlled Parking Zone And Waiting Restrictions) Order 2022, and the Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford, Iffley Fields) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2018, The Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford, Cowley Central East Area) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2021, and The Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford, Headington West) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2022.

The effect of the variation orders, which come into force on 12 September in accordance with parking policy & planning permissions is to amend eligibility of the following properties to apply for Residents & Visitors Parking Permits as follows:

1. Cutteslowe - exclude Nos.18 & 18A Harbord Road from eligibility to apply for residents permits (will retain eligibility to apply for visitor permits),
2. Divinity Road - exclude new dwelling between Nos.45 & 51 Hill Top Road from eligibility to apply for residents & visitor permits,
3. Girdlestone Road - exclude No.61 Warren Crescent from eligibility to apply for residents & visitor permits, and
4. Headington Central - exclude a) new properties at 4 Lime Walk from eligibility to apply for residents & visitor permits, and b) Nos.14A & 14B Holyoake Road from eligibility to apply for residents & visitor permits.
5. Hollow Way North - Limit No.22 Meyseys Close for eligibility to apply for a maximum of 2 residents permits plus visitor permits.

Additionally, following issues raised by members of the public and the subsequent review of existing parking arrangements - amendments will be made to the following orders to enable additional properties to be eligible to apply for parking permits:

6. Florence Park - enable property Nos.1a-35 (odd only) Rose Hill to apply for residents & visitor permits, and
7. Iffley Fields - enable property Nos.1-9 Meadow Lane to apply for residents & visitor permits.

Further amendments:
8. Cowley Central East - An administrative amendment for Permit eligibility is made to show that Nos.147-169 odd & 156-166 even Oxford Road are recorded.
9. Headington West - An administrative amendment is made to correctly identify the zonal designations for permits and parking as HA and HB.

Copies may also be made available on request. If you wish to question the validity of any of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from 30 August 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose. (WATLINGTON AREA) (SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2022

NOTICE is given that on 5 September 2022 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

The order, which comes into force on 12 September introduces a 20mph speed zone in
Watlington and replaces the previous 30mph speed limit with a new 20mph speed limit zone on Pyrton Lane (and those roads leading off) between its junction with the B480 Cuxham Road to the south, and at the northern end to the current 30/60mph terminal point 120 metres northeast of St Leonards.

The Oxfordshire County Council (Watlington Area) (Speed Limits) Order 2013 is revoked/ replaced.

Accompanying the reduced limit a number of associated physical traffic calming features are also included in the form of flat-top humps and a speed cushion. Documents giving more details of the order are available for public inspection online by visiting:
