Proposed single storey rear extension, plus internal alterations: forming sunroom, utility, WC and open plan kitchen/dining/family area plus larger en-suite to master bedroom. Including the replacement of all windows to existing house. for Mr Martin Foley. Location: Lower Hardacre House High Bentham LA2 7AT Reason(s): Proposes works to a Listed Building.
Application No: 2022/24345/LBC. Proposal: Demolition of existing rear extension and construct new replacement lean to extension for Mr & Mrs Pauley. Location: Croft House Henbusk Lane Newby Clapham Reason(s): Proposes works to a Listed Building.
