TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF VARIOUS ROADS
(VARIOUS PARISHES) STROUD DISTRICT, CHELTENHAM BOROUGH, COTSWOLD DISTRICT, FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT, TEWKESBURY BOROUGH

Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the roads as detailed in the Schedule attached

The reason for the closures and restrictions is for carriageway patching.
There will be no waiting permitted throughout the duration of the works.

The roads are expected to be closed and restricted on a rolling programme commencing 26th September 2022, where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures and restrictions taking effect. This order can permit the closure and restrictions of the roads in any order, or simultaneously as required and it is anticipated all works will be completed by 31st December 2022. Alternative Route - As signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises on or next to the road and emergency access will be maintained.

PUBLIC NOTICE GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2015
(ASCHURCH RAIL STATION CAR PARK, TEWKESBURY BOROUGH) AND (CAM & DURSLEY RAIL STATION CAR PARK, STROUD DISTRICT) (VARIATION) ORDER 2022

NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council intend to make a Variation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which would vary the Gloucestershire County Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2015 (the 2015 Order) by:

(i) amending the wording of Article 8 (1) (c) in the 2015 Order as described in Schedule 1 below to ensure all relevant utility organisations are exempt from any Prohibition or Restriction set out in Article 7 in the 2015 Order; and
(ii) introducing new pay and display terms and conditions at Ashchurch Rail Station Car Park and Cam & Dursley Rail Station Car Park as detailed in Schedule 2 below.

The off-street parking places fall within the Northway and Isbourne Wards of Tewkesbury Borough and the Cam West Ward of Stroud District, all within the County of Gloucestershire.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE 41557 OLD HILL LANE (STINCHCOMBE PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 41557 Old Hill Lane from its junction with Taits Hill to its junction with Clingre Down for a total distance of approximately 120 metres.
The reason for the closure is for water main works.

The road is expected to be closed from 26th September 2022 until 10th October 2022 only or until the works have been completed. For further information, please contact Gloucestershire Highways on 08000 514 514 or visit www.gloucestershire.gov.uk.

Alternative Route - no diversion as access being maintained. Pedestrian access to premises on or next to the road and emergency access will be maintained.
