(Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2022 (Prohibition of Waiting on High Street, Honeybourne)

On 25 August 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following side and length of road in High Street: -
(North side): From the western building line of number 1 High Street for a distance of 37 metres in a westerly direction.
(South side): From its junction with Brick Walk for a distance of 23 metres in a westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 15 September 2022.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

(U47023 Priest Lane, Pershore) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U47023 Priest Lane from its junction with U47019 Church Row to its junction with B4084 High Street.
Reason: New Customer Connection by Wales & West Utilities Ltd
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U47019 Church Row, U47019 Newlands, U47017 Head Street, B4084 High Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 3 October 2022

(U47106 Avon Road, Pershore) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U47106 Avon Road from its junction with U47106 Avon Road to its junction with U47102 Mill Lane
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U47106 Avon Road, U47106 Mayfield Road, A4104 Station Road, U47102 Mill Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days Commencing: 4 October 2022
