Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (Various Roads Mustow Green and Harvington)
(30, 40 & 50 Mph Speed Limit) and (Various Revocations) Order 2022
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to vary the speed limit on the following length of road in Mustow Green and Harvington to 30, 40 & 50 miles per hour:
40mph Speed limit:
UC13625 Mustow Green Link Road: For its entire length. C2014 Curslow Lane: From its junction with A448 for a distance of 150m in a southerly direction. A450 Stourbridge Road/Worcester Road:
From a point 180m south west of its junction with A448 Bromsgrove Road to a point 235m north of its junction with C2184 Park Lane. A448: From a point 80m north west of its junction with A450 in a south easterly direction to a point 670m south east of its junction with C2014 Curslow Lane.
30mph Speed limit:
C2184: From its junction with A450 in an easterly direction to its junction with UC13627 Harbash Lane. UC13628 Morton Road: For its entire length
50mph Speed limit:
A448: From a point 670m south east of its junction with C2014 Curslow Lane to a point 110m west of its junction with Dobes Lane.
Revocations:
(Various Roads Mustow Green and Harvington) (Restricted Roads and 40 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2001 (Variation) and (A448 Chaddesley Corbet to Mustow Green) (50 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2013 AND (Various Roads Mustow Green and Harvington) (Restricted Roads and 40 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2001

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit on the following length of road in Stone to 50 miles per hour:
50mph Speed Limit:
A448 - From a point 215m South East of its junction with UC12629 Spennells Valley Road to a point 270m North West of its junction C2187 Stanklyn Lane.
A448 - From a point 150m South East of its junction with UC13620 Butts Lane to a point 80m north west of its junction A450

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit on the following length of road in Woodrow to 40 miles per hour: C2185 Woodrow Lane: From its junction with C2186 The Holloway for a distance of 540m in a north westerly direction. C2186 Tandys Lane: From its junction with C2185 for a distance of 70m in a northerly direction. UC13605 Woodrow Lane: From its junction with C2186 The Holloway in a south easterly direction to a point 75m north west of its junction with C2017 Drayton Road.

Proposed Order: to close that part of U12527 Husum Way from its junction with A456 Birmingham Road to its junction with U12528 Shakespeare Drive.
Reason: Pedestrian guard rail repairs by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A456 Birmingham Road, A449 Chester Road North, A448 Comberton Road, U12527 Borrington Road, U12527 Tennyson Way, U12527 Husum Way and vice versa
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day.
Commencing: 2 October 2022

(U11423 Brindley Street, Stourport On Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of U11423 Brindley Street from its junction with U11426 Bishop Street to its junction with U11427 Lorne Street
Reason: Duct clearance by Full Fibre
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U11427 Lorne Street, U11412 Windemere Way, U11426 Bishop Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days.
Commencing: 12 September 2022

(U11421 Derwent Avenue, Stourport on Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of U11421 Derwent Avenue from its junction with U11412 Windermere Way to its junction with U11423 Brindley Street.
Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U11412 Windermere Way, A451 Minister Road, U11423 Brindley Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 10 September 2022

(U12144 Park Street, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of U12144 Park Street from its junction with U12142 Chapel Street to its junction with U12135 Castle Road
Reason: New/replacement gas main by Sapphire Utility Solutions
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U12135 Castle Road, U12141 Wood Street, U12142 Chapel Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days.

(U13248 The Crescent, Wolverley And Cookley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of U13248 The Crescent from its junction with U13248 The Crescent to its junction with U13248 The Crescent
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Proposed Order: to close that part of U11323 Mill Road from its junction with U11339 Timber Lane to its junction with B4193 Hartlebury Road
Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U11323 Mill Road, B4193 Hartlebury Road and
vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 29 September 2022

(U13410 Mill Lane, Churchill and Blakedown) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of U13410 Mill Lane from its junction with C2126 Churchill Lane to its junction with U13411 Sculthorpe Road
Reason: Carriageway reconstruction by WCC
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U13410 Station Drive, A456 Birmingham Road, C2126 Churchill Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 3 October 2022

(C2183 Lowe Lane, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2183 Lowe Lane from its junction with U12301 Tynings Close to its junction with U12326 Franchecourt Drive.
Reason: New/replacement gas mains by Cadent Gas.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U12300 Honey Brook Lane, A442 Bridgnorth Road, B4190 Wolverley Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 26 days. Commencing: 3 October 2022
