Notice is hereby given that on 20th July 2022, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Selkirk craving the Court inter alia to order that The Thriving Box Company Limited, Company SC659788 having their registered office at 10 Stable Gardens, Melrose Gait, Galashiels, TD1 2NW be wound up by the Court by which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 3rd August 2022 appointed any other persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Selkirk within eight days of intimation, service or advertisement.
