NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE that we EK at The Mill Limited have applied to Craven District Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as Units 11 And 12, High Corn Mill, Chapel Hill, Skipton, BD23 1NL FOR: Film (On premises), Live Music (On), Recorded music (On), Retail of Alcohol (Both On and Off) Mon-Sun 10:00-01:00hrs & Late Night Refreshment 23:00-01:00hrs. Open to the public Mon-Sun 10:00-01:00hrs.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by 3rd October 2022.
Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
