PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has today been made to the above council for a premises licence by:
Name of applicant: Lymm Beechwood Limited.
Address of premises: Lymm Rugby Club, Beechwood, Crouchley Lane, Lymm WA13 0AT.
To permit sale of alcohol on and off the premises from Monday to Saturday 11:00 hours to midnight and on Sunday from 12 noon to 22:30 and to permit the licensable activities listed in the application to operate from Monday to Saturday 11:00 hours to midnight and on Sunday 12 noon to 22:30 hours with the premises open generally Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 01:00 and on Sunday 07:00 to 23:30 subject to the conditions offered in the application.

Any representations must be submitted in writing to: Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, East Annex,
Sankey Street, Warrington WA1 2UH no later than the 30th September 2022. The record of the application may be inspected during normal 'office hours' at the Council address above or at www.warrington.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
