A/22/93713/CU Ascott Insurance 227 Elliott Street Tyldesley Manchester. Change of use of ground floor unit from offices (Use Class E(c)) to restaurant/bar (Use Class sui generis)
A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.

The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area Conservation Area: Astley Village
A/22/94170/HH 455 Manchester Road Astley Tyldesley Manchester. To extend dwellinghouse dormers windows to rear, together with a roof light to the front elevation.
A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
