NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL in exercise of the powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers, and having regard to Section 122 of the Act and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police following Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, hereby make the following orders:
The Buckinghamshire Council (Traffic Movement) Order 2021 (Amendment No. 005) Order 2022
1. The effect of the Order is to create a zone which will prohibit the access of motor vehicles weighing 7.5 tonnes or greater along various roads in and around the Ivinghoe area. The order includes the advertised extension to encompass the B440 within the weight restricted area.
2. This Order shall come into operation on 9th September 2022 and may be cited as "The Buckinghamshire Council (Traffic Movement) Order 2021 (Amendment No 005) Order 2022.
The Buckinghamshire Council (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Amendment No. 005) Order 2022
1. The effect of the Order is to introduce waiting restrictions along various roads in Wooburn Green and Bourne End.
2. This Order shall come into operation on 9th September 2022 and may be cited as "The Buckinghamshire Council (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) And (On-Street Parking Places) Order 2021 (Amendment No. 005) 2022.
If you wish to question the validity of these Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose.
