Proposed development at LAND AT NORTH EAST OF 51 HIGH STREET, ASCOTT UNDER WYCHWOOD, OXFORDSHIRE.

Take notice that an application is being made by SOBRY BEAK for planning permission for VARIATION OF CONDITIONS PURSUANT TO PERMISSION REF: 21/02804/RES.

The application has been submitted to WEST OXFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL at ELM FIELD, NEW YATT ROAD, WITNEY, 0X28 1PB.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
