LICENCING ACT 2003

 I Keri Astill-Frew, hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of: V. Dorset, 121 Ashley Road, Poole, BH14 9DL.

The proposed activity is: Selling Alcohol for Consumption On and Off the Premises, Mon to Sun 11:00hrs to 23:00hrs.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (BCP Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below. Representations should be sent in writing to: Licensing, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA. A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected online at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk .

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence (level 5 on the standard scale).
