(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF LONG LANE, MILL END) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Long Lane, Mill End from its junction with Eastwick Crescent north westwards to its junction with Kenwood Drive, a distance of approximately 198m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Long Lane, A412 Uxbridge Road, the service road fronting Nos.2-56 Mill Lane and Nos.276-312 Uxbridge Road and Kenwood Drive.
The Order is needed because tree works are proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 26 September 2022 for a period of up to 18 months.
However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF HARTHALL LANE, BULLS GREEN) ORDER NO.4 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Harthall Lane, Bulls Green from a point in line with the western boundary of No.54 Harthall Lane north eastwards for a distance of approximately 1428m ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via Harthall Lane, Primrose Hill, Toms Lane, High Street, Bedmond Road and Harthall Lane.
The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing telephone pole is proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 30 September 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ESSEX LANE, ABBOTS LANGLEY) ORDER NO.2 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Essex Lane, Abbots Langley from a point 175m south east of its junction with South Way south eastwards for a distance of approximately 120m ("the Road").
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing telephone pole is proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 26 September 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN CROXLEY GREEN, BOREHAMWOOD, ELSTREE AND BEDMOND) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Rousebarn Lane, Croxley Green from a point 11m north west of its junction with Little Green Lane south eastwards and eastwards for a distance of approximately 763 m.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. that length of A411 Barnet Lane, Borehamwood from its junction with the Furzehill Road/Farriers Way roundabout south westwards, north westwards, south westwards and westwards for a distance of approximately 1176m.
An alternative route will be via A411 Barnet Lane, A1 Barnet Way (Barnet Bypass), A41 Edgware Way (Watford Bypass), A5183 (Elstree Hill South/High Street) and A411 Barnet Lane.
3. that length of A41 North Western Avenue (Watford Bypass), Elstree from a point 97 m north west of its junction with the A5183 Elstree Hill South roundabout north westwards for a distance of approximately 880m.
An alternative route will be via A41 North Western Avenue (Watford Bypass), A5183 (Elstree Hill South/High Street), A411 (Watford Road/Elstree Road) and A41 North Western Avenue (Watford Bypass).
4. that length of Church Hill, Bedmond from its junction with Sergehill Lane north eastwards and north westwards to its junction with Bedmond Road, a distance of approximately 244m.
An alternative route will be via High Street, Bedmond Road, Tibbs Hill Road, Langley Lane, South Way, Hunton Bridge Hill, Bridge Road, A41 Watford Road, A4251 (Watford Road/High Street/ Hempstead Road/London Road), A4146 Station Road, A414 Station Road, A4147 Leverstock Green Way and Bedmond Road.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 26 September 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SOLESBRIDGE LANE, CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER NO.3 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Solesbridge Lane, Chorleywood from its junction with Chess Way south westwards to a point in line with the southern boundary of 'Orchard End', a distance of approximately 422m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Solesbridge Lane, Sarratt Road, The Green, A412 (Scots Hill/Park Road), A404 (Chorleywood Road/Rickmansworth Road) and Solesbridge Lane. The Order is needed because sewer cleaning works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 25 September 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF A411 ELSTREE ROAD, BUSHEY HEATH) ORDER NO.2 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A411 Elstree Road, Bushey Heath from its junction with A411 Sparrows Herne north eastwards to its junction with Little Bushey Lane, a distance of approximately 400m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via A4140 High Road, A409 (Magpie Hall Road/Heathbourne Road) and A411 Elstree Road.
The Order is needed because street lighting works are proposed to be executed near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 24 September 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE LAYBY SITUATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF A405 NORTH ORBITAL ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the layby situated on the south side of A405 North Orbital Road, Watford from a point 45m north west of its junction with Holme Lea north westwards for its entire length ("the Layby"). There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. The Order is needed because cabling works are proposed to be executed near the Layby. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 22 August 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Layby.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF STATION ROAD, KINGS LANGLEY) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Station Road, Kings Langley from a point 239m south east of its junction with Home Park Mill Link south eastwards for a distance of approximately 95m ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via Station Road, Primrose Hill, Toms Lane, High Street, Bedmond Road, High Street, Gallows Hill Lane, Gallows Hill and Station Road.
The Order is needed because the dismantling of scaffolding over Station Road is proposed to be executed near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 12 September 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF OTTERSPOOL WAY, WATFORD/ BERRY GROVE LANE, BUSHEY) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Otterspool Way, Watford/Berry Grove Lane, Bushey from its junction with Merchant Way north westwards for a distance of approximately 598m ("the length of Roads"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Otterspool Way, Park Avenue, Bushey Mill Lane and Berry Grove Lane. The Order is needed because bridge inspection works are proposed to be executed near the length of Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 12 September 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the length of Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF LEGGATTS WOOD AVENUE, WATFORD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Leggatts Wood Avenue, Watford from its junction with A412 St Albans Road north westwards for a distance of approximately 31m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road, Longspring, Beechwood Rise, Hazel Tree Road and Leggatts Wood Avenue.
The Order is needed because electrical service connection worls are proposed to be executed near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 12 September 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Holywell Road, Watford from its junction with Harwoods Road south westwards to its junction with A4145 Hagden Lane, a distance of approximately 376m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Harwoods Road and A4145 (Vicarage Road/Hagden Lane).
The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing telephone pole is proposed to be executed near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF COPPERMILL LANE, WEST HYDE) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Coppermill Lane, West Hyde from its junction with Old Uxbridge Road north eastwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 1048m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Old Uxbridge Road, Chalfont Lane, A412 (Denham Way/North Orbital Road), Moorfield Road, Moorhall Road, Harvil Road, Church Hill, High Street, Park Lane and Coppermill Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 15 September 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
