"[Note: If these proposals were to go ahead then it is intended that any proposal in a location referred to in this Notice that is within an experimental CPZ would not proceed until such time and under such circumstances as the provisions of the experimental Traffic Order for the CPZ in question were continued in force indefinitely by way of a permanent Traffic Order. Roads that are currently within an experimental CPZ are indicated with '*']
Note: The Orders are necessary to make space for the provision of secure bicycle parking for residents who do not have the space and/or ability to securely park bicycles in or within a reasonable distance from their home. The displaced parking space of 3 metres at any location proposed may be relocated to an alternative permit parking location within the immediate vicinity on that same road.
