ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
WESTBROOK ROAD & MOFFAT ROAD, THORNTON HEATH
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cover replacement works they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Moffat Road and Westbrook Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:
(a) Westbrook Road will be closed at its junction with Moffat Road.
(b) Temporary waiting and loading restrictions operating 'at any time' will be introduced to prohibit parking outside Nos. 141 to 163 Moffat Road and Nos. to 166 to 182 Moffat Road.
3. The Order will come into operation on 12 September 2022, and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The restriction will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
4. During the closure the diversion route for traffic will be via Burlington Road, Howberry Road and Moffat Road and reversed, as appropriately signed.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) a vehicle being used to carry out the said works.
(b) a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

COLDHARBOUR ROAD, CROYDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate water service pipe works they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to restrict traffic in Coldharbour Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Coldharbour Road will be closed between the common boundaries of Nos. 69 and 71 and Nos. 79 and 81 Coldharbour Road.
3. During the closure the alternative route for traffic will be via Coldharbour Way, Purley Way and Denning Avenue and vice versa.
4. The Order will come into operation on 26 September 2022, and it is expected that the works will be carried out within five days. However, the Order will remain in force for a maximum duration of 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(b) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

DOYLE ROAD, SOUTH NORWOOD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate electrical connection works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict traffic in Doyle Road, South Norwood.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:
(a) Doyle Road will be closed between its junction with Portland Road and the south-western boundary of No. 40 Portland Road.
(b) One-way working in Doyle Road will be suspended and two-way traffic will apply.
3. Whilst the closure is in force the diversion route for traffic will be via Portland Road, Balfour Road, Stanger Road, Clifford Road and Doyle Road.
4. The Order will come into operation on 23 September 2022, and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within nine days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) Any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) Any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) Anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

HOLLYMEOAK ROAD, COULSDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate pole testing works on behalf of Openreach they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Hollymeoak Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Hollymeoak Road will be closed outside No. 17 Hollymeoak Road.
3. Whilst the closure is in place the alternative route for traffic will be via Woodfield Hill and Starrock Road and vice versa, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 26 September 2022, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

POLLARDS HILL NORTH, NORBURY
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to a water service pipe on behalf of Thames Water, they propose to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic in Pollards Hill North.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Pollards Hill North will be closed outside No. 34 Pollards Hill North.
3. During the closure the alternative routes for traffic will be via Beech Road, Beatrice Avenue, London Road and Pollards Hill North, or via Pollards Hill East, Pollards Hill South, Pollards Hill West and Pollards Hill North, as appropriately sign posted.
4. The Order will come into operation on the 26 September 2022, and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
6. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
