Croydon Council are inviting comments on the applications listed below which are advertised for the reasons given:

Conversion of two self-contained flats into one single dwellinghouse
at 70 Croham Road South Croydon CR2 7BD

Reason(s): The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated
