(Various Roads, Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amend 26) Order 20**

Notice is hereby given
that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order:

1. To revoke Disabled Badge Holders Only at the following locations in the District of Epping Forest:

Road
Description

Acres Avenue, Ongar
WEST SIDE: from a point in line with the shared boundary of 41 and 43 Acres Avenue, southwards for a distance of Approximately 5 metres.

Goldingham Avenue, Loughton
NORTH WEST SIDE: from a point in line with the shared boundary  of 17 and 19 Goldingham Avenue, south westwards for a distance of approximately for 6.6 metres.

Cullings Court, Waltham Abbey
NORTH SIDE: from a point approximately 0.5 metres east of the shared boundary of 22 and 23 Cullings Court, westwards for a distance of approximately 5.5 metres.

Eastbrook Road, Waltham Abbey
NORTH WEST SIDE: from a point in line with the shared boundary of 27 and 29 Eastbrook Road, south westwards for a distance of approximately 5 metres.

Roundhills, Waltham Abbey
SOUTH WEST SIDE: from a point approximately 4.5 metres north west of the shared boundary of 131 & 133 Roundhills, south eastwards for 5.4 metres.

2. To implement Disabled Badge Holders Only at the following locations in the District of Epping Forest:

SOUTH EAST SIDE: from a point approximately 0.6 metres south west of the south west building line of 114 - 120 Limes Avenue, north eastwards for a distance of approximately 5.4 metres.

Conyers Way, Loughton
NORTH WEST SIDE: from a point in line with the shared boundary of 21 and 23 Conyers Way, south westwards for a distance of approximately 6 metres.

Giesthorp Court, Waltham Abbey
NORTH EAST SIDE: from a point approximately 0.8 metres south west of the shared boundary of 19 and 20 Giesthorp Court, south westwards for a distance of approximately 5 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TL545 040 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TQ440 970 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TL395 007 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TL390 005 Rev 1 to Rev 3. TQ390 000 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TQ445 915 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TQ435 967 Rev 0 to Rev 1 & TL400 005 Rev 1 to Rev 2.

(Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.41) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 1 July 2022 has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order: To introduce a Restricted Parking Zone Mon-Fri 8am-8pm on John Dowdell Close. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile number TL 450 087 revision 3 with revision 4.

Date of operation:
The Order will come into operation on 3rd October 2022.

Application to the high court:
Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Coldharbour Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) & (Elizabeth Way, Harlow) (Temporary Introduction of No Right-Hand Turn & No Left-Hand Turn) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Coldharbour Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from both of its junctions with Elizabeth Way for a distance of approximately 95m in both directions.

2. To temporarily introduce a No Right-Hand Turn from Elizabeth Way into Coldharbour Road from a northerly direction.

3. To temporarily introduce a No Left-Hand Turn from Elizabeth Way into Coldharbour Road from a southerly direction.

The closure/restrictions are scheduled to commence on 4th October 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30082455290 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while cable installation works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via Coldharbour Road, Fourth Avenue, Elizabeth Way and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 15th September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Daws Hill, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:
To temporarily close that length of Daws Hill, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Sewardstone Road for a distance of approximately 895m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd October 2022 for 2 nights (20:00-00:05), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2334895 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Sewardstone Road, Kings Head Hill, The Green, Station Road, Rangers Road, Bury Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 15th September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Bury Lane, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:
To temporarily close that length of Bury Lane, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 140m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd September 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS363725A - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via High Road, High Street, Palmers Hill, Lindsey Street, Church Hill, Bury Lane and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 1st September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Coopersale Common/Houblons Hill, Coopersale) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:
To temporarily close that length of Coopersale Common/Houblons Hill, Coopersale in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 25m southwest of its junction with Brickfield Road for a distance of approximately 135m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st September 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC112KN-EPP-8124-FAL1 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while ducting works are undertaken by Openreach.

An alternative route is available via Coopersale Street, Stonards Hill, Theydon Grove, Palmers Hill, Maltings Drive, Tidys Lane, Thornwood Road, The Plain, Epping Road (with access only into Houblons Hill and Coopersale Common) and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 1st September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Harlow Common, North Weald Bassett) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:
To temporarily close that length of Harlow Common, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 505m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th September 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2329917 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage defects works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

Alternative routes are available via:
1. London Road, A414, Hastingwood Roundabout, Canes Lane, Hastingwood Road, Mill Street, Harlow Common.

2. Harlow Common, Mill Street, Hastingwood Road, Canes Lane, Hastingwood Roundabout, A414, A414 Between Southern Town Boundary and Harlow Mill Roundabout, Southern Way, Potter Street.

The Order came into effect on 1st September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Hoe Lane, Nazeing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:
To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Nazeing in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 1190m northeast of its junction with Palmers Grove for a distance of approximately 80m in a northeasterly then easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th September 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (ZP010N0022557-1-MK-EUL - Gas Transportation Co Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Gas Transportation Co Ltd. An alternative route is available via Hoe Lane, Betts Lane, Nazeing Common, Middle Street and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 1st September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Park Hill, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:
To temporarily close that length of Park Hill, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Penshurst for a distance of approximately 15m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th September 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410151224 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while water disconnection works are undertaken by Affinity Water No alternative route is available.

The Order came into effect on 8th September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
