Redbridge, Amendments to Waiting, Loading, Stopping and Street Parking Places

The Redbridge (Waiting, Loading, Stopping and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2021 (Amendment No. *) Order 202*


The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 6,45,46,49 and 121A and 124 and Parts I to IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and of all other enabling powers, propose to make the above Order, the effect of which will be to:

1. Convert the existing single yellow lines to double yellow lines in The Broadway IG8 outside nos. 1 to 6 and opposite no. 1 to its junction with Station Road Approach;

2. Convert the existing single yellow lines to pay by phone bays operating 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday with a maximum stay of 3 hours and no return within 1 hour in Woodbine Place E11 at the side of Wanstead Library, outside no. 25 Woodbine Place and opposite Wanstead Library to opposite no. 25 Woodbine Place, in Grosvenor Road E11 outside the Wanstead United Reformed Church;

3. Install double yellow lines in Durham Avenue IG8 opposite 15 to 26 Barnes Court and across the access to the field;

4. Install no loading at any time restrictions in The Broadway IG8 outside nos. 1 to 4 and opposite no. 1 to its junction with Station Road Approach;

5. Convert existing school keep clear markings and double yellow lines with double yellow kerb blips to WB Permit Parking operating Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm in Gordon Road E11 at the side of no. 57 Cambridge Park;

6. Convert existing limited waiting bays in Gordon Road E11 at the side of no. 55 Cambridge Park to WB Permit Parking operating Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm;

7. Extend double yellow lines, revoking underlying permit parking lines in Gaynes Hill Road IG8 outside no. 50; the parking area of Little Holt E11 (off of Hermon Hill);

8. Install shared use BLA Permit Holders Parking or Pay By Phone Parking operating Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm Monkhams Lane IG8 between High Road Woodford Green and The Green (southeast side only);

A copy of the Order, the map schedule and map schedule legend indicating the lo cation and the effect may be examined at the Central Library, Clements Road, llford, IG1 1EA between 10am to 8pm Monday to Friday (except on Bank Holidays) and 10am to 5pm Saturday. Any objections and other representations to the proposed Orders must be made in writing stating the grounds on which they are made and sent to the council by email to: parking.schemes@redbridge.gov.uk or by writing to: Parking Design team, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, llford, IG1 1 NY (quoting reference LBR. 2022/T22), within 21 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
