Take notice that we, Steven & Julia McNamara have applied to Craven District Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the variation of a premises licence in respect of premises known as The Mess Room, The Old Fire Station, Coach Street, Skipton, BD23 1LH for: Variation to the premise plans & Live Music: Sun - Thur 1200-0000, Fri & Sat 1200 - 0100, Christmas Eve - 0200, New Years Eve - 0300, Suns preceding bank holidays - 02:00.Recorded music, Retail Sale of Alcohol (on & off premises), anything of a similar description within live music/recorded music, dance: Sun-Thur 1200- 0000, Fri & Sat 1200 - 0200, Christmas Eve until 02:00, New Years Eve - 03:00, Suns preceding bank
holidays - 02:00. Hours Premise open to public: Sun-Thur 1130 - 0030, Fri & Sat 11:30 - 02:30. Christmas Eve - 02:30, New Years Eve 03:30, Suns preceding bank holidays until 02:30. Interested Parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by 21st September.
Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
