holidays - 02:00. Hours Premise open to public: Sun-Thur 1130 - 0030, Fri & Sat 11:30 - 02:30. Christmas Eve - 02:30, New Years Eve 03:30, Suns preceding bank holidays until 02:30. Interested Parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by 21st September.
Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
