Proposed licensable activities and their timings are as follows: - live music 7 Days 12:00 - 23:00 - recorded music Sunday-Thurs 09:00 - 23:00 / Friday - Sat 09:00-00:00 - sale by retail of alcohol Sun - Thurs 09:00-23:00 / Friday - Sat 09:00-00:00. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
