Temporary Closure of Croford Hill

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Croford Hill - from the junction of Castle Lane, north eastwards for a distance of 120 metres. This Order will enable Dyer & Butler to carry out examination of redundant structure.

The Order becomes effective on 8th September 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 12th September 2022 and last until 16th September 2022 between the hours of 08:00-18:00 for a total of 5 days.
