(Lowefields, Earls Colne) (20mph Zone) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984.
The effect of the Order: To introduce a 20mph zone on the following length of road on Lowefields, Earls Colne, in the District of Braintree.
Road - Lowefields, Earls Colne
Description - From a point approximately 9.1 metres south east, from the property Earls Colne boundary of house numbers 21 and 23, Lowefields for the rest of its remaining length.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 11 September 2022.

Documents can be made available for inspection 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Thurs and 8.30am-5pm on Friday at Essex County Council, County Hall E block main reception, Market Road, Chelmsford.
Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Lawshall's Hill, Colne Engaine)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lawshall's Hill, Colne Engaine in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Countess Cross Road for a distance of approximately 95m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th October 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010683099 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water
An alternative route is available via Colneford Hill, Lower Holt Street, Upper Holt Street, Church Hill, High Street, Halstead Road, Station Road, Elms Hall Road, Church Street, The Green, Green Farm Road, Overhall Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 15th September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Starlings Hill, Sible Hedingham)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Starlings Hill, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Braintree Road for a distance of approximately 745m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd October 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2321230 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fencing and guardrail works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Braintree Road, Queen Street, Potter Street, Lamb Lane, Innham Hill, Horn Hill, Southey Green and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 15th September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Poole Street, Great Yeldham)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Poole Street, Great Yeldham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 210m south east of its junction with Toppesfield Road for a distance of approximately 20m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th September 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10003570 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sheet piling installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via High Street, Church Road, Ridgewell Road, Mill Road, Chapel Road, The Causeway, Four Ash Hill, Baythorne End, Chapel Street, The Street, School Green, Moor Hall Road, Clare Road, Stoke Road, Nethergate Street, Well Lane, Market Hill, Cavendish Road, Stour Street, Poole Street, The Green, Lower Street, Melford Road, Lower Road, Windmill Hill, Westgate Street, A134 Long Melford Bypass, Girling Street, Cross Street, Ballingdon Street, Ballingdon Hill, Bulmer Tye, Hedingham Road, Sudbury Road - Bulmer Tye - A131, Sudbury Road, Long Gardens, Catley Cross, Head Street, Bridge Street, Trinity Street, Mount Hill, Braintree Road, Bournebridge Hill, Pennypot Corner, Halstead Road, Gosfield Road, Queen Street, Potter Street, Swan Street, Yeldham Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 2nd September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
