Notice of application for Variation of a Premises Licence

Take notice that on 01.09.22 York Station Road Hotel Opco Limited of Broadwater Park North Orbital Road Denham Uxbridge UB9 5HR made application to the City of York Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence at the following premises The Principal York Hotel Station Road York YO24 1AA.

The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Team (Tel: 01904 552422) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by a responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Team, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS, or by email to licensing@york.gov.uk.

Representations must be received by no later than 29 September 2022 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. The proposed variation is to authorise boxing and wrestling entertainment between the hours of 10:00 and 04:00, subject to advance written notice to the police and confirmation from event organisers that relevant events will be run in accordance with the rules and regulations under the British Boxing Board of Control, as more particularly detailed in the conditions of the application.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
