(Footpath 57, Little Burstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section S14(1) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close a length of Footpath 57, Little Burstead, in the Borough of Basildon from its junction with Dunton Road, generally north eastwards to its junction with St Mary's Church, for a total distance of approximately 1320 metres.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 10 September 2022 to 10 March 2023 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public, due to an unsafe bridge.
The alternative route is via Dunton Road, then head west onto Footpath 79, north onto Footpath 53, north onto Footpath 52, and then north, then southeast onto Footpath 57, and vice versa.
This Order will come into effect on 10 September 2022 and may continue in force for six months, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Little Wakering Road, Barling Magna) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Little Wakering Road, Barling Magna in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 185m south of its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th October 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2331705 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Little Wakering Road, Barling Road, Silchester Corner, Southend Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 15th September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Lower Dunton Road, Dunton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Lower Dunton Road, Dunton in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 245m in a northerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Lower Dunton Road, Dunton in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 430m southwest then south of its junction with West Mayne for a distance of approximately 550m in a southerly direction.
Closure (1) is scheduled to commence on 8th October 2022 for 23 days and Closure (2) is scheduled to commence on the 3rd November 2022 for 28 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP003S50-1850-03 & 04 - JSM Group). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while ducting and cable installation works are undertaken by JSM Group.
An alternative route is available via Lower Dunton Road, West Mayne, West Mayne Roundabout, Slip Road from West Mayne to A127, A127, Slip Road from A127 to Noak Hill Road, Upper Mayne, Burches Roundabout, Upper Mayne, Upper Mayne Roundabout, Upper Mayne, Broadmayne Roundabout, Roundacre, Roundacre New Roundabout, Nether Mayne, Fobbing Farm Roundabout, Nether Mayne, Five Bells Roundabout North, Five Bells Link Road, Five Bells Roundabout South, Five Bells Road, Bells Corner Roundabout, Slip Road Five Bells Roundabout, to A13, A13, Slip A13 to Stanford Interchange, North Hill Lower Dunton Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 15th September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Pitsea Hall Lane, Pitsea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pitsea Hall Lane, Pitsea in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 45m southwest of its junction with Station Approach for a distance of approximately 45m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th September 2022 (01;30) to the 19th September 2022 (03;00), or where stated on a valid permit (KL733TLL-32-23-180922 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while rail maintenance works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.
