(Colchester City) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.38) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends to make the above Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To introduce: 'No Waiting at Any Time' Restrictions on the following lengths of road in the City of Colchester
Road - Titania Close
Description - SOUTH SIDE: From a point approximately 14 metres southeast of its junction with Avon Way, the terminal point of the existing restrictions, in a south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 20 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into 'The Essex County Council (Colchester City) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019' by substituting map tile: TM025 252 revision 1 to revision 2.

(Crown Street, Dedham) (Annual 10K Running Event) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 16 A-C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, has made the above Order to facilitate the Dedham Annual 10k Running Event.
Effect of the orders: To temporarily close the following length of road in the City of Colchester:
Road - Crown Street
Description - From its junction with Brook Street and East Lane, for its entire length, in both directions
The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 18 September 2022 between the hours of 10:00am and 13:00pm or where appropriate signs are showing, and weather permitting and is required to facilitate the Dedham Annual 10k Running Event.
The alternative route will be via Long Road, right into Ardleigh Road then right into Grove Hill, right into Colchester Road and finally right into Shoebridges Hill and vice versa.
Marshalls on site will permit access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians throughout the event.
The Order will come into effect on 18 September 2022 and may continue in force for 3 days unless extended by the Secretary of State.
(Chapel Lane, West Bergholt) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chapel Lane, West Bergholt in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Spring Lane for a distance of approximately 30m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd October 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03160870058 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stoptap replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Alresford in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 12m south of its junction with Cox Road for a distance of approximately 55m in a southerly direction.
