Notice ID: BOU2501587Notice of Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003 I, Mr Lee William Davies, hereby give notice that I have applied on 24/08/2022 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Premises for the premises known as: Vodka Bar and Nightclub, Upper Brook Street, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8AL. The application proposes the following: Amend the licensable hours for live music, recorded music, performances of dance, anything of similar description to the aforementioned activities and supply of alcohol to the following: Monday and Wednesday 10:00 to 03:00; Tuesday 10:00 to 04:00; Thursday to Saturday 10:00 to 04:00; Sunday 10:00 to 00:00, New Year's Eve 10:00 to 10:00 1 January. Amend the licensable hours for late night refreshment to the following: Monday and Wednesday 23:00 to 03:00; Tuesday 23:00 to 04:00; Thursday to Saturday 23:00 to 04:00; Sunday 23:00 to 00:00, New Year's Eve 23:00 to 05:00 1 January. Remove all seasonal variations (except New Year's Eve) Amend the layout of the premises: relocate toilets, cloakroom and rear door leading to garden, introduce medical/welfare room. Add, amend and remove licence conditions as per agreements with Hampshire Constabulary (full condition wording available from the licensing authority). Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 21 September 2022 i.e. within twenty-eight days of the date of this Notice; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application.
