(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC, PARKING, WAITING, LOADING, UNLOADING & SUSPENSION OF ONE-WAY TRAFFIC) (TTO2156) ORDER 2022
(DUNDONALD DRIVE/LONDON ROAD/GRASMEAD AVENUE) Notice is given that the Southend-on-Sea City Council under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has proposed to make the above Order. The effect of the order will be as follows:
Notice is given that the Southend-on-Sea City Council under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has proposed to make the above Order. The effect of the order will be as follows:
1. ICD Energy Group Ltd will be carrying out highway repair and maintenance work in the carriageway.
2.The proposed works and effects of the order are listed in Table 1 to this notice. Diversions will be
signed as specified in Table 1. There will be a suspension of the one way traffic and introduction
of two-way working to facilitate these works.

3. The Order will come into effect on 19 September 2022 and is expected to be completed by 27 September 2022; but may continue in force for 18 months or until the but may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier and will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs.

4. Access for emergency vehicles, vehicles being used in connection with the works, residents and
pedestrians will be always maintained during the closure.

5.Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction/prohibition imposed by this Notice may be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice.
