TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
22/1420/HSE/MBA: 22 New Road, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9EA. Conversion of detached double garage to form exercise studio with flat roof alterations and changes to fenestration. Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.
22/1419/FUL/KG: Land East Of Rowley Lane, Borehamwood. Erection of four temporary marquees for a period of 12 months to be used as canteen facilities and production support space in association with Sky Studios Elstree South. Reason: Major Development.
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
