NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14
SEALAND
Flintshire County Council has made an Order which prohibits any vehicle from exiting right from an Unnamed Access Road leading to Amazon onto the B5441 Welsh Road, Sealand in the County of Flintshire. The reason for the closure is to facilitate housing and retail construction with associated works by Flintshire County Council; Streetscene & Transportation.
The alternative route available for vehicles will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs.
The Order comes into force on the 05 September 2022. It is anticipated that the road will be restricted for 18 months, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months. A B/FCC (TTRO) 044147

The Flintshire County Council hereby intends not sooner than 7 days from the 02 September 2022 to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in First Avenue between its junctions with Parkway and Drive A, Sealand in the County of Flintshire. The reason for the closure is to facilitate service connections with associated works by Kiernan Construction Limited. The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs. It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on 21 September 2022, or as soon as possible thereafter. The road will only be closed for 2 weeks, or until earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months.
