(YEW TREE DRIVE, BLACKBURN) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2022 NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, made the above Order under Section 14 (1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, made the above Order under Section 14 (1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to close Yew Tree Drive from its junction with Whinny Lane to its junction with Preston New Road. The closure is necessary for the following reason: CAPITAL SURFACING
The Order will come into force on 8th September 2022 and shall continue in force for a period of eighteen months or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 14th September 2022. The alternative route for the affected local traffic will be via: Lammack, Cuckoo Brow and Revidge Road.
