Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at 35 Gateways, Wolsingham, Bishop Auckland, DL13 3HW. Lynda Collis gives notice that she is applying to Durham County Council for planning permission for a change of use from public highway to private drive. Any owner of the land or agricultural tenant who wishes to make comment about this application should write to Durham County Council, County Hall, DH1 5UL within 21 days of the date of this notice. The grant of planning permission does not affect owners rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease, but may affect agricultural tenants security of future.
