THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (FOOTPATH NO. 109004 CITY OF CARLISLE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable Cumbria County Council to carry out resurfacing works ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along the entire length of Public Footpath No. 109004 at Kingmoor Nature Reserve in the City of Carlisle between Kingmoor Road and its junction with Public Footpath No. 109006. The Order will come into operation on 5 September 2022 and may continue in force for a period of up to six months from that date as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed, although it is anticipated that it will only be required for 2 weeks.
