(Edderston Road & Caledonian Road, Peebles) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2022
The Scottish Borders Council (Edderston Road & Caledonian Road, Peebles) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2022 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 7 September 2022 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30. The Order is required for BT Openreach pole replacement works. When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on the following streets in Peebles:
(a) Edderston Road - from number 19 to Caledonian road; and
(b) Caledonian Road-from South Parks to number 23.
