THE SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL [CITADEL, COMMUNITIES FUN DAY) EXEMPTING LAND FROM ACCESS RIGHTS ORDER 2022
Notice is hereby given under section 11 (9) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 ("the Act") that on 01 September 2022, the Council made the South Ayrshire Council (Citadel, Communities Fun Day) Exempting Land from Access Rights Order 2022 ("the Order"), under Section 11 (1) of the Act. The Order will enable the South Ayrshire Council Communities Fun Day to be held, whilst maintaining the safety of participants, spectators and the public, by temporarily exempting from the access rights otherwise exercisable in respect of the land, under the Act, the Citadel Leisure Centre, South Harbour Street, Ayr KA7 1JB together with the adjoining land and paths, all as outlined and hatched in black on the plan annexed to the Order.
The Order will be effective from 18.00 on 09/09/22 until 18:00 on 10/09/22 unless revoked earlier and may be viewed on the Council's website at
and-closures until 20/09/22.
