ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) Notice of Temporary Footpath Closure
Campbell Road to Iffley Road Date of Order: 29 August 2022 Coming into force: 05 September 2022 This Order is being introduced because resurfacing the footpath which are anticipated to be completed 23 September 2022. This is a 24-hour footpath closure. The effect of the Order is to close temporarily footpath from Campbell Road and Iffley Road. Exemptions are included for police, fire and ambulance services and for the works and for pedestrian access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of bridleway.
Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. The alternative route[s] for those affected by the closure is/are No traffic. Pedestrian route: Campbell Road, Cornwallis Road, Iffley Road and visa versa.
This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 6 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref T10860/AC)
