(STALDON ROAD, EAST WICHEL) (PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES) ORDER 2022
Notice is hereby given that on the 31 August 2022 SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL under the relevant sections of Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 made the above Order. The effect of the Order is to continue the experimental Order (as modified) which came into force on the 7 March 2021 to designate a section of Staldon Road as a school street. Vehicles are prohibited to enter and proceed on Staldon Road from its junction with Trevello Road for a distance of 75 metres in either direction as indicated by signs except for permit holders and exempted vehicles during Monday to Friday 8:15am to 9:00am and 2:45pm to 3:30pm.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 8 December 2021 apply to the High Court for this purpose. 2 September 2022
