Notice To Creditors And Beneficiaries To Send In Claims Section 27, Trustee Act 1925 Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Sidney William Chapman late of 33 Milton Road, Sutton Courtenay who died on the 20th day of May 2013 is required to send particulars thereof to the under named no later than two calendar months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which he has had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim he shall not then have had notice.
