Pursuant to the Trustees Act 1925 any person having a claim against or interest in the Estate of the aforementioned deceased, late of Church Lane Cottage, Church Lane, Far Forest, DY14 9TP, who died on 2nd July 2022, are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned executor on or before 11th November 2022 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which have been notified.
