Annual Members' Meeting, Monday 26 September, 5-7 pm via Microsoft Teams.
Residents from Swindon and the surrounding areas are invited to learn more about their local NHS Foundation Trust at Great Western Hospitals NHS FT's Annual Members' Meeting. This is an opportunity to find out more about how the Trust's performance measures against national targets, some of the successes of the past year, and plans for the future. Attendees can also submit questions to members of the Trust Board, which will be answered during the meeting.
Please confirm your attendance with the Membership Office by Monday 19 September. Attendees can submit questions in advance or request a copy of the annual report. Once you have registered your interest, you will be sent details of how to attend the meeting, which will be held online on Microsoft Teams.
