Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C1125 From The Vauld To The River Lugg, Sutton St Nicholas, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1125 From The Vauld To The River Lugg, Sutton St Nicholas, outside Franklands Cottage. Grid Ref: 353708/246935. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Wyatt Road onto the C1129 From The Whymm onto the A465 onto the C1126 Ridgeway onto Burmarsh Road and vice versa. The said closure is required due to overhead works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 13th of September 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
