Battersby Ln (Prohibition of Driving)
Temporary Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Battersby Ln from its jct. with St Peters Way to its jct. with Cockhedge Green.
The Order will be effective between 10pm on 19th September 22 & 5am on 20th September 22 & between 10pm on 20th September 22 & 5am on 21st September 22, as & when signed on site.
The alternative route will be via Marsh House Ln. Orford Ln, Lythgoes Ln & vice versa. The closure is required to allow Network Rail to carry out a detailed bridge examination. Ref: High/2374

Cherry Ln, Lymm (Prohibition of Driving & Suspension) Temporary Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of which is as follows: Prohibition of Driving:
Cherry Ln from its jct. with Booths Ln to its jct. with Booths Hill Rd;
Temporary Suspension of The Borough of Warrington (Various Roads) (Consolidation of One-Way Traffic) Order 1976 in so far as it relates to the Second Schedule as follows: Cherry Ln, Lymm (B5158) from Booths Hill Rd (A56) to Elm Tree Rd. The Order will be effective from 5th September 2022 for 7 weeks, as & when signed on site.
The alternative routes will be: Cherry Ln (east bound traffic) via Booths Hill Rd, Church Rd, Higher Ln, High Legh Rd, Cliff Ln & vice versa; Cherry Ln (west bound traffic) via Booths Hill Rd, Camsley Ln, Stockport Rd, Knutsford Rd, Cliff Ln & vice versa. The restrictions are required to allow Scottish Power to install a new 33kv circuit as part of the Green Recovery Project.

Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works.

Section 90A Highways Act 1980 Establishment of Road Humps & Traffic Calming Measures - Capesthorne Rd Traffic Calming Scheme 2022
Notice is hereby given that Warrington Borough Council intends, as part of its traffic calming proposals, to install traffic calming features, to regulate the speed of traffic under Section 90A to the Highways Act 1980, with the effects detailed in the Schedule to this notice.
Deposited documents may be viewed on-line at https://www.warrington.gov.uk/permanent-traffic-regulation-orders or Contact Warrington, 1 Time Square, Warrington, WA1 2NT between 9am & 5pm, Monday to Friday.
All representations both in support or objecting to the proposals must be in writing either by post or delivered by hand to Legal Services, East Annexe, Town Hall, Sankey St, Warrington, WA1 1UH or emailed to TROrepresentations@warrington.gov.uk by 22nd September 2022 & all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council & that the substance of any representation together with the name & address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
