SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all users:
Footpath 72, Salisbury; from its junction with Footpath 70 to its junction with New Street to enable replacement and installation of new streetlights. Alternative route via Footpath 70 - High Street -New Street and vice versa.
The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.
This Order will come into operation on 05 September 2022 and the closure will be required until 09 September 2022. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 06 months.

A) Common Road (Part), Whiteparish; from outside property known as Holmere Bungalow for a distance of approximately 200m in an easterly direction to enable Openreach to carry out access to overhead structure and associated works. Alternative route via A36 - A27 - Common Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 24 September 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 20:00 and 05:00 for 2 nights. B) South Lane (Part), Landford; from its property known as The Confiers to outside its property known as Red Roof to enable SGN to carry out essential gas and associated works. Alternative route via South Lane (unaffected length) - North Lane - Forest Road - South Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. C) C311 (Part), Donhead St Mary; from its property known as Wincombe Lodge to its property known as North Down Farm to enable BT to carry out pole test and associated works. Alternative route via C311 (unaffected length) - C62 - C310 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 25 September 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 12:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
D) C12 (Part), Odstock; from its property known as Stoney Close for a distance of approximately 170m in an easterly direction to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out construction of a new length of footway and associated works. Alternative route via C12 (unaffected length) - A338 - A354 -C328 - C12 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 05 September 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 until 07 October 2022. E) Barford Lane (Part), Downton; from its junction with High Street to outside its property known as Christmas Cottage to enable BT to provide access to communication equipment and associated works. Alternative route via B3080 - A338 - A36 - C324 - C336 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 05 September 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 21:00 and 06:00 for 1 night. F) Tisbury Gates Lane (Part), Tisbury; for a distance of approximately 50m either side of the level crossing to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd to carry out level crossing and associated works. Alternative route via Tisbury Gates Lane (unaffected length) - East Hatch - Share Lane - C61 and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 30 April 2022 will now recommence on 03 September 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 00:01 and 04:00 for 3 nights. Orders A) to E) will have a maximum duration of 18 months, Order F) has a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.
It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
