AND THE ACQUISITION OF LAND (AUTHORISATION PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) ACT 1947
THE FIFE COUNCIL (BEECH WAY, DALGETY BAY) COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 2022

Notice is hereby given that The Fife Council in exercise of the powers conferred by the above mentioned Acts, on 16 August 2022, made the above mentioned Compulsory Purchase Order which affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, for the purpose of securing the redevelopment and improvement, as is necessary in the interests of the proper planning of the area, of that land.

The Order is about to be submitted to the Scottish Ministers for confirmation and comes into operation only if confirmed.

A copy of the Order and the map referred to therein have been deposited at Inverkeithing Local Service Centre, 10 Queen Street, Inverkeithing, KY11 1PA where they may be seen without payment of fee between the hours of 9.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m and 2.00 p.m to 5.00 p.m on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and between the hours of 10.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m and 2.00 p.m to 5.00 p.m on Wednesdays. In terms of the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020 Schedule 6, Part 3, Paragraph 9 (Power to publish or make available documents for inspection electronically) a copy of the Order and the map referred to therein are also available for inspection online at https://www.fife.gov.uk/kb/docs/articles/council-and-democracy/land-and-property/compulsory-purchase-orders

Any objections to the Order must be made in writing stating the title of the Order and the grounds of objection and addressed to The Directorate for Local Government and Communities (Planning and Architecture Division) Built Environment, Planning Decisions Manager, Area 2H South, victoria Quay, Edinburgh EH6 6QQ or emailed to Planning.Decisions@gov.scot by 16 September 2022.
