APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for the variation of a Premises Licence has been made by Blakemore Retail Ltd of Longacre Industrial Estate, Rosehill, Willenhall, West Midlands, WV13 2JP in respect of premises to be known as SPAR – 21 MARKET PLACE, BEDALE, DL8 1ED for the purpose of amending the opening and licensing hours at the store to Mondays – Sundays (including bank holidays) – 06.00 – 23.00 hours daily and to remove the embedded restrictions inherited from the 1964 Licensing Act relating to licensing hours on Good Friday and Christmas DayAny objections or representations in respect of the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton, DL6 2UU. Representations/objections must be received within 28 days of the date of this Notice. A record the application can be inspected at the Council Offices at the aforementioned address during normal office hours DATED this 3d day of August 2013. It is an offence liable on summary conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000) to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
