Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Hosted Development Limited has applied to Bradford Metropolitan District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Boogies, Basement Floor, 31 Ivegate, Bradford, BD1 1SQ.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision of regulated entertainment (to include films, live music, recorded music, performances of dance and anything of a similar description) and the sale of alcohol on & off the premises Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 04:00 the following mornng.

The provision for Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 04:00 the following morning.

The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 04:00 the following morning.
