The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.

LB-Application No. 01/2022/0709- HSBC, 17 Vale Street, Denbigh - Removal of external night safe including making good, installation of replacement ATM machine and signage, internal alterations and associated works (Listed Building Application).

LB - Application No. 02/2022/0727 - HSBC, St. Peter's Square, Ruthin - Installation of 1 no. external CCTV camera (Listed Building application).

LB - Application No. 20/2022/0744 - Lychgate Cottage, Llanfair Dyffryn Clwyd, Ruthin -Erection of single storey sun room extension to dwelling (Listed Building application).
