NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.

LB - Application No. 45/2022/0722 - HSBC, 23 Wellington Road, Rhyl - Replacement of internal and external ATMs and associated works (Listed Building application).

LB - Application No. 45/2022/0724 - HSBC, 23 Wellington Road, Rhyl - Installation of 1 no. external CCTV camera (Listed Building application).

LB - Application No. 47/2022/0652 - The Coach House, Rhuallt - Erection of extension to front, rear and gable facades, provision of 2 dormers and alterations to window and door openings (Listed Building application - curtilage Listed Building).
