LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that Parlour Bar & Eatery Ltd has made an application on 17 August 2022 to Warrington Borough Council to Vary a Premises Licence at 6 Times Square (Unit 4), Warrington WA1 2NT. The Variation is to vary the permitted times or live music, recorded music, supply of light night refreshment, supply of alcohol and opening hours to the public. Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 14 September 2022 to the Licencing Section, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington WA1 1UH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00am and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
