BRIGHTON & HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
1 - The Brighton & Hove (Filming Grace S3) (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2022
In Regent Street the Filming Grace S3 is taking place. To facilitate its safe passage the route will need to be closed to traffic and therefore Brighton & Hove City Council have made an order under Section 16Ato C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which temporarily brings into force the following traffic regulations:
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle that is not participating in, or connected with the Filming Grace S3 to proceed in, exit from, or turn into any of the lengths of road specified below, except upon the direction or with the permission of a Police Constable in uniform or that of a uniformed marshal:
The Temporary Road Closure of Regent Street on Thursday, 8th September 2022 from 10:00 to 18:00.
This order shall be cited as the Filming Grace S3 (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2022 and shall be in force for the above date and times or until safe to reopen. Dated: 2 September 2022. Donna Chisholm,
